Stoney Point is located North of Duluth along Lake Superior. SAS+Associates developed Site, Grading and Landscape Plans to create a “natural” neighborhood. Site design minimized wetland impacts, preserved existing trees, and created identity. Grading plans integrated drainage and water quality elements. Additional Landscape details, such as the addition of deadfalls, boulders and slope variation were added to create an improved shoreland habitat.
