Port City Hill is a 150 acre residential developing plan consisting of condominiums. duplexes, and multi and single family lots along the shoreline of Lake Superior. The design team, focused on retaining views towards the lake, while preserving the exisitng vegetation, and wetlands in the area.

Trails are used to help connect the neighborhood with community buildings and a waterfront trail. Housing lots are designed with building envelopes and setbacks to preserve vegetation where possible and to allow for buffers between properties. SAS+Associates is working with Krech Ojard, an Engineering Firm on the preliminary platting process.
