This design preserved existing large trees while relocating smaller trees throughout the area. Space in front of the townhomes is provided for the residents to use as their own garden area. A fire pit, seating area, and patio are located on the peninsula of the lake, bringing the resident’s in direct contact with the water. The addition of a natural area along the water’s edge creates an increased wildlife habitat.
